DiscoMark Benchmark

There are many benchmarking tools out there for Android, but few let you find out the launch speed of your apps under particular circumstances. This is precisely what DiscoMark Benchmark does.

The app lets you create a performance simulation, selecting a number of apps installed on your device to make them run simultaneously for a number of cycles of your choosing. This means you can load in a group of apps and view all their average launch times during a succession of openings and closings.

Once the test has finished, you can see both the individual launch speeds and an overall figure of the average of all iterations, which is especially useful for testing whether certain apps affect the performance of the others in some way.

In addition to this, DiscoMark Benchmark saves all the completed benchmarks and even lets you export them in CSV format. On the other hand, curiously, you can also do a speed test on your device and compare a normalized launch time and the time percentage that differentiates it compared to some of today's most popular brands.
